  • 2 pcs Avocados diced
  • 2 tsp Lime Juice
  • 3.5 oz Red or Spring Onion finely choped
  • 1.5 oz Cilantro coarsely chopped
  • Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 pcs Chili finely chopped (optional)


  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Stir and mash the mixture so that it is well combined.
  • Season with freshly ground salt, pepper, and the chopped chili (optional).
